The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen as well as one double bed and can accommodate 2 people. The property is furthermore equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Just 2 small steps away, you will find your beautiful, detached winter garden. Here you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of wine while looking out over the vegetation of Gallura. The lively center of Palau, with numerous stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, is 3.5 km away. Nearby sandy beaches enchant travelers and locals alike with their turquoise waters and fine sand. La Sciumara Beach, Isolotto Beach, Porto Pollo, and L'isola dei Gabbiani can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The owner of the house lives in the same building. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Sheets and towels are included in the price. There are 5 dogs on the property, which the house owner can enclose a fence if desired.

Just outside Palau is the holiday apartment "Relax tra terra e mare" in absolute peace and privacy. The apartment is in the basement, but has natural daylight thanks to several windows. It has a living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accomodate 6 people. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also included. Outside there is a garden which is shared with another apartment and equipped with a barbecue. On warm evenings you can prepare delicious meals in the fresh air and enjoy them over a glass of wine. The lively centre of Palau with many shop, restaurants, bars and cafés is an 8-minute drive or 4.7 km away and a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket are just a 5-minute drive away. The sandy beaches of Spiaggia La Sciumara and Spiaggia Delle Dune enchant both travellers and locals with their turquoise waters and fine sand. You reach Spiaggia La Sciumara after 4 km or 7 minutes by car and Spiaggia Delle Dune is a 15-minute drive away. The owner of the house lives in the same house. Parking is available on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed only upon request. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There are 3 dogs on the property, which the owner can lock away if he wishes. A car is recommended as the apartment is located a little outside Palau in absolute peace and privacy. Please note that, even though each of the double bedrooms is equipped with a bunkbed and the property would therefore accomodate 8 people, it can only be rented to a total of 6 people.

The holiday home "A due passi dal mare" is located on the outskirts of the village of Palau, not far from a beautiful sandy beach. It is decorated with colourful accents and is part of a residential complex with a total of 5 apartments. It is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds and a spiral staircase to access the attic) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the balcony belonging to the apartment or let the evening end with a glass of wine under the starry sky. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the centre of Palau - 10 minutes walking or 750 m away. The sandy beach of La Sciumara is an 11-minute walk (or 850 m) away and the long sandy beach of Spiaggia dell'Isolotto is 2 km or a 6-minute by car away. Private parking is available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed only upon request. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
